Refund policy

We hope you love your GK Jewels pieces as much as we do. However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note! 💌 We can only accept returns for items in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return otherwise. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

 

  • Be unworn and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Be free from any signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup or other marks
  • Include all original tags and packaging, where applicable

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn.

 

How to Start a Return?

Simply contact us at info@gk-jewels.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your ordernumber and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. ❣️

We will confirm your return and provide you with the return instructions. Please check you spambox!

 

What happends next?

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation and process your return according to the option you selected.

  • Refund: The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. This may take a few business days, but we’ll do our best to get your refund to you as quickly as possible! 🤍
  • Store Credit +10%: Choose store credit and receive 10% extra to spend on something new! ✨
  • Would you prefer a different size? Please mention this when submitting your return request. Once we receive your package, we’ll send you the ring in the correct size free of charge, as long as your desired size is in stock.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For NL/BE/DE €6,50. For any other country please contact us.

To ensure we can process your refund, please make sure your items are securely packaged and returned in their original condition. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept or refund items that arrive damaged.
